Located in the heart of Boston’s fashion district of Newbury Street between Berkeley and Arlington Street, Cynthia K Salon is a fun, fast-paced environment with a creative, small business feel. We hire stylists with a variety of backgrounds, great attitudes, and the drive to develop their skills while building a list of loyal clients.

Our goal is to bring the latest styles and services to our clients. Cynthia Kenefick, owner and Master Stylist opened her first salon on Newbury Street in 1999 and has over 30 years of experience as a hair stylist, colorist, and mentor. After years of training abroad and attending advanced courses at Vidal Sassoon, Toni & Guy and Sorbie, London, she has perfected her technique to create beautiful results for each individual client. Therefore, she is dedicated to providing paid, in-house training and continuing education opportunities to her team that include the most cutting-edge color and cutting classes in the industry in Boston, NYC and beyond.
